Yes. We are sanctioned by USATF each year. Our course however is not certified by USATF just yet. We are expecting this to be completed in time for the 4th annual LCRF.

The 5K allows strollers. Pets are not allowed in the race due to the narrowness of certain sections and the open nature of the course.

Yes. As long as USATF does not change their rules, we will continue to allow headphones.

Most of the course takes place on paved roads. There is a small section at the start and finish that are on grass.

Yes. This course is an out-and-back. The “out” part of the course is marked with green arrows on the ground, the “back” is marked in red/orange.

Generally flat.

There are 5 aid stations which you will hit twice each. Should you have an emergency, please let an aid station know and they will call for help. We will also have a sweep car moving throughout the course to check on participants.

If you are on the course, stop at an aid station or let another runner know. We have vehicles moving throughout the course to provide assistance. If you need medical assistance before or after the race, please see the first aid tent.

On average, there are 350 participants

You packet will come in a reusable grocery bag and include a shirt and items from our sponsors.

Yes you can. The entire course stays open for 3 hours, but the finish line stays open until the last runner crosses. That means, if you take more than 3 hours, you will no longer have course support or traffic control.

Yes. This year we are partnering with 802Timing out of Vermont

Yes. We will have awards for the top men and women in each race. We will also have awards for the top two men and women in each age group.

ASAP. We will have a TV running at the finish line with live results but you personal results can be expected within a few hours of the race ending. We are a small but mighty team and will get the results emailed out as soon as possible. We are working on fitting our timing system to send out automatic results as you finish.

Yes. All participants will receive a medal. They must be ordered well in advance so we have to estimate how many participants we will have roughly 3.5 months before the race. If we were to run out (we don’t plan on it), we would send you a medal after the race.

No, we do not allow deferrals or refunds. We do however have race insurance.

Yes, you may transfer between any of our races. There will be a fee if you go up in race length.
